The world of horror and haunts is bustling with activity, as various theme parks, events, and attractions gear up for the upcoming Halloween season. Universal Orlando Resort is currently seeking scareactors, stilt walkers, and puppeteers for Halloween Horror Nights, while Fear Factory SLC in Salt Lake City paid off outstanding school lunch balances for local children. Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre Group in North Hollywood invites audiences to experience a full-contact, immersive show called Mother, exploring generational trauma and its effects on family. Meanwhile, The Abbey in Orlando will present a candlelit evening of Halloween classics, featuring the Listeso String Quartet. In other news, the Baldwin Asylum Haunted Attraction in Rantoul, IL, is now publicly listed for sale, and the Texas Haunters Convention has sold out all 138 vendor spaces. Lastly, the trailer for the upcoming horror film, Haunt Season, shot at Realm of Terror Haunted House in Round Lake Beach, IL, has been released.
