Dark Night Halloween World, Long Island’s Haunted pop-up event, is set to return to the Bald Hill Amphitheater in Farmingville, NY, starting on Friday, October 13th. This highly anticipated event will run every Friday through Sunday until Halloween, featuring a thrilling lineup of haunted mazes, scareactors, and scare-zones. The organizers, Co-Owner & Marketing Director Aidan P. Finnegan and Co-Owner Mort Spuccenskrëm, have made significant investments to make this year’s event even more immersive and unforgettable.
Universal Orlando Resort Seeks Scareactors, Stilt Walkers, and Puppeteers for Halloween Horror Nights 2023
The world of horror and haunts is bustling with activity, as various theme parks, events, and attractions gear up for the upcoming Halloween season. Universal Orlando Resort is currently seeking scareactors, stilt walkers, and puppeteers for Halloween Horror Nights, while Fear Factory SLC in Salt Lake City paid off outstanding school lunch balances for local children. Zombie Joe’s Underground Theatre Group in North Hollywood invites audiences to experience a full-contact, immersive show called Mother, exploring generational trauma and its effects on family. Meanwhile, The Abbey in Orlando will present a candlelit evening of Halloween classics, featuring the Listeso String Quartet. In other news, the Baldwin Asylum Haunted Attraction in Rantoul, IL, is now publicly listed for sale, and the Texas Haunters Convention has sold out all 138 vendor spaces. The park’s general Halloween festivities will run from October 1st to November 5th, with Enchanted Christmas taking place from November 11th to January 7th.
