Hersheypark Halloween and its signature Dark Nights haunt experience return for eight fright-filled weekends beginning Friday, September 12, through November 2, 2025. This year’s event features a brand-new haunted house, a new scare zone, returning guest favorites, exclusive themed food and drink offerings, and over 50 rides and attractions, all included with admission.
New for 2025: Kill ‘N Fill Garage
The standout new offering for this year is Kill ‘N Fill Garage, a gritty, gasoline-soaked haunted house filled with grimy mechanics, blood-slicked car washes, and claustrophobic show scenes. According to the description, the haunt is “fueled by evil” and designed to terrify guests as they journey through wreckage, storerooms, and a back office that hides sinister secrets.
Dark Nights will once again include five haunted houses:
Kill ‘N Fill Garage (New for 2025)
Estate of Evil – Now with 13 haunted rooms and a sweat-inducing sauna
Auntie Mortem’s Abattoir – The twisted Mortem family adds a packing room
Haunted Coal Mine – Descend deeper into suffocating darkness with new surprises
Twisted Carnevil – A sinister circus with unsettling new performers
Each house evolves with added show elements, new spaces, and more intensity designed to satisfy returning haunt fans.
Scare Zones Expand
This year, Dark Nights also grows to include four scare zones, with the debut of:
Path of Shadows: Coven’s Curse – A witch-driven walk-through featuring a trio of cursed spellcasters and a creeping sense of dread
Returning zones include:
Darkstone’s Hollow – Mythical beasts under temporary control
Midway of Misery – Dense fog and flame-lit paths filled with lurking creatures
Fallout Zone – Mutated threats rise from glowing green fog
Dark Nights begins nightly at 6 p.m. and continues one hour after the park closes: until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, and 10 p.m. on Sundays.
