Birch River Design Group is a digital marketing agency based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Its services cover analytics, digital marketing, strategic planning and product design, and the agency says its current focus is its escape room marketing work and its client management tool, Sydnee.
Escape room marketing has been the agency’s focus since 2020. It builds and manages Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns for escape room operators and ties each campaign to the operator’s booking system, with Resova, Bookeo and Xola named on its site, so the owner can see how much revenue the ads bring in. A staff member audits the campaigns every Monday and reports what was spent and what was earned. Contracts run month to month, and the agency does not take on competing escape rooms in the same market.
The team presented its approach at the Transworld Escape Room Conference 2023, and its campaigns run in North America and Europe. Operations manager Connor Bearse handles the introductory calls with prospective clients.
