Alex Linebrink from HauntPay at Booth 315 outlined several new features for the 2026 season. The company announced a new integrated email marketing and automation platform built directly into the HauntPay dashboard, eliminating the need for operators to export customer data into separate tools. HauntPay has also launched a new CRM system for tracking customer data, and Linebrink said the company has a deal with StubHub that will put haunt operators in front of 100 million fans across the U.S. and Canada.
“We’d love to work with you and help you reach more fans and sell more tickets this year,” Linebrink said.
About HauntPay
HauntPay is a ticketing and payments platform built for haunted attractions. Haunts use it to sell timed tickets with repeat timeslots, variable ticket types, bundled and combo tickets and social media discounts, and it also runs virtual queues, merchandise and upsells, concessions and digital collectibles.
Online and at-the-door sales run on one platform, and at the event staff can handle ticket, merchandise and concession sales from the HauntPay mobile app. Reporting for all of it sits in one place, ready to export to spreadsheet, accounting or email marketing software. HauntPay deposits payments within 1 to 2 business days of each sale, and during haunt season its support team, reachable by chat, email and phone, extends its hours past midnight.
The company also promotes its clients’ events to haunt fans, publishes a 2026 Haunt Industry Report, and runs HauntPay Capital, which gives a haunt an up-front cash payment in exchange for a long-term ticketing commitment, with no credit check and no payback. HauntPay exhibited at TransWorld’s Halloween & Attractions Show 2026 at Booth 315.
