Field of Screams (Mountville, PA) spread holiday cheer this season by giving away 150 Christmas trees to local families. The haunt first held a Christmas tree giveaway ten years ago. “The last few years have been rough for a lot of people with COVID and things like that, so we thought it was an appropriate time to kick this back in gear and reestablish it this year and just give back to the community this year again,” co-owner of Field of Screams, Jim Schopf, said. The trees (ranging in height from 5 – 9 feet) were given out on a first-come, first served basis just before Christmas.
