These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Haunted Attraction Network (HAN) website, newsletter, podcasts, video content, and related services. By using the HAN website or subscribing to the HAN newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

Use of the Website & Content
You may access and read articles on the HAN website, listen to HAN podcasts, and watch HAN video content for personal and professional informational purposes. You may share links to HAN content and quote brief excerpts with attribution to Haunted Attraction Network.
You may not:
- Reproduce, republish, or redistribute HAN content in full or in substantial part without prior written permission
- Use HAN content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without prior written permission
- Re-upload HAN podcasts, video, or articles to other platforms without prior written permission
- Use the HAN website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, related systems, or other users’ accounts
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to harvest content from the website without prior written permission
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting HAN
Intellectual Property
All editorial content published on Haunted Attraction Network, including articles, podcasts, video content, original photography, original research, and the HAN name and branding, is the property of Haunted Attraction Network and Philip Hernandez, or is used with permission of the rights holder.
Photographs, logos, and other materials provided by haunted attractions, designers, manufacturers, and event organizers for use in editorial coverage remain the property of their respective owners. HAN uses these materials under standard editorial fair use practices and with permission where required.

Newsletter Subscriptions
HAN newsletter subscriptions are managed through Mailchimp. By subscribing, you agree to receive emails from HAN at the address you provide. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.
Newsletter content is subject to the same intellectual property terms as website content.
Social Media & Third-Party Platforms
HAN distributes content on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and through podcast platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. These Terms apply specifically to the HAN website and direct subscriptions.
User-Generated Content
HAN does not currently allow comments on articles or host user-generated content on the website. If this changes in the future, these Terms will be updated to reflect the rules governing user contributions.
Comments and interactions on HAN’s social media channels are governed by the platforms’ own terms of service and community guidelines, in addition to any moderation HAN performs on those channels.
Editorial Content Disclaimer
HAN publishes editorial content including news reporting, analysis, opinion, podcasts, video, and feature coverage. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our reporting (see our Editorial Standards & Ethics and Corrections Policy pages), HAN content is provided for informational purposes only.
