Biggby Coffee’s 2026 fall menu is out, a pumpkin, apple cider, and maple bourbon spread that runs through November 1 at participating locations, with a separate Halloween drink lineup arriving in October and a free kids’ drink for any child who visits in costume. Part of our Fall Food and Drinks 2026 guide.

Biggby is an East Lansing, Michigan-based coffee franchise, and it announced the lineup on August 28 after the menu reached stores on August 20.

The pumpkin lineup

Pumpkin is the biggest part of the menu. The returning Pumpkin Spice Latte is the familiar one, joined by the White Pumpkin Latte (pumpkin and white chocolate), the Chumpkin (pumpkin and chai), and a Sweet Foam Pumpkin Cold Brew. The Jack-O-Lantern Latte pairs pumpkin with vanilla and marshmallow, and there is a kid-sized version, the Jack-O-Lantern Jr. Biggby will also add its Pumpkin Sweet Foam to any beverage on request.

Apple cider and maple bourbon

The cider side brings the Caramel Apple Cider, a Caramel Apple Creme Freeze (Biggby’s blended frozen drink), the Chaider (chai and cider), and a CiderBerry Red Bull mocktail. There are two maple bourbon builds, a Maple Bourbon Latte and a Sweet Foam Maple Bourbon Cold Brew. Both are flavored rather than alcoholic.

Food: a maple waffle sandwich and pumpkin cookies

On the food side, the Maple Waffle Sandwich is built on a Belgian-style waffle with real maple syrup and sugar pearls, and it can be ordered with egg and cheddar plus sausage or bacon. For something smaller, the Mini Pumpkin Cream Cookies come as a three-pack, or as a single on the kids’ menu.

The Halloween lineup

In October, Biggby layers a Halloween menu on top of the fall list. It includes the Vampire Creme Freeze (white chocolate and strawberry), a Sweet Foam Black Forest Cold Brew (blackberry, mocha, and caramel), a Caramel Apple Blast (granny smith and caramel), and the Ghoul Fuel Red Bull mocktail (granny smith and blue raspberry). The Jack-O-Lantern Latte carries over from the main fall menu.

The deals

Several promotions run alongside the menu, all at participating locations. Friday Night (De)Lights, from August 21 through October 30, prices any 20-ounce specialty beverage at $5 every Friday. Biggby says School Staff Appreciation Week, September 8 through 11, takes any 16-ounce beverage to $1.99 with a valid school ID. On National Coffee Day, September 29, a 16-ounce brewed coffee is 99 cents and a 16-ounce Mocha Mocha Latte is $1.99.

The Halloween offers run October 1 through 31. Any child who comes in wearing a costume gets a free kids’ drink, Biggby is handing out “Boo-d” stickers that redeem for buy-one-get-one deals, and stores have pumpkin-carving stencils to take home.

When and where

The fall menu is available now through November 1, 2026, and the Halloween drinks run in October, both at participating Biggby locations. Biggby has not attached executive quotes to the announcement.
