Six Flags Fiesta Texas builds its 30th Fright Fest around a new The Conjuring Universe maze in 2026, part of a six-maze lineup that also brings back SAW: Legacy of Terror. The event runs select nights from September 11 through November 1, with scare zones, live shows, and rides in the dark included with admission and the mazes sold as a separate Haunted Attractions Pass.
Dates and Hours
Fright Fest runs select nights from September 11 through November 1, 2026. Daytime park operations continue, and the grounds turn scary at dusk, with scare zones, live shows, and coasters running in the dark. Oktoberfest and Kids Tricks and Treats run as daytime family programming on weekends. The after-dark event is not recommended for children under 13, and costumes and face coverings are not allowed. Guests 17 and younger need a chaperone 21 or older from 6 p.m., one per 10 guests. Fright Fest debuted at the park in 1996, making 2026 its 30th year.
The Six Haunted Mazes
Three of the six mazes are new for 2026.
- The Conjuring Universe (new): the Warrens’ occult museum, where cursed artifacts awaken ancient evil.
- Nosferatu (new): the docks of old Europe and the home of the classic vampire.
- Cinema Slasher presented by M&M’S (new): horror-movie scenes brought to life inside Rockville High School, adapted from the Knott’s Scary Farm maze.
- SAW: Legacy of Terror (returning): Jigsaw’s traps and contraptions.
- Hexenhaus presented by SNICKERS (returning): a descent into a hovel of malevolent witches.
- Twisted: Theater of Torment presented by SKITTLES (returning): Mr. Tangles and his puppet theatre.
Maze access requires a Haunted Attractions Pass.
Scare Zones
Scare zones fill the walkways between the mazes, all included with admission. Two are new for 2026: Cirkus Bezerkus: Big Top Terror, a faded golden-age circus of sideshow performers and sinister clowns, and Alley of the Dead, a toxic-waste alley crawling with punk zombies. They join returning zones Fear Acres, Steampunkins, Diabolical!, and Wicked Hollow.
Shows
The live entertainment runs from the new The Galactazoids to returning favorites, including the Monster Mash Bash dance party, the Fiesta de los Muertos celebration, the country-flavored Crossroads, and the Frightful Finale to close out the night.
Tickets and What’s Included
Scare zones, live shows, and rides in the dark come with regular park admission or a season pass. Haunted mazes are premium attractions that require a separate Haunted Attractions Pass. At the time of writing, a single-night Haunted Attractions Pass started at $30, with a Fright Fest Bundle (admission plus mazes) from $69. Six Flags uses date-based dynamic pricing, so those are starting figures that vary by night, and an Express upgrade adds priority maze entry.
