Halloween blind boxes 2026: Smoko Kewpie phone charms and Miniso Disney Spooky Night blind box figures

Blind-box collectibles have become one of the fastest-moving corners of Halloween shopping, and the 2026 season is just getting started. A few spooky series are already on shelves, led by Smoko’s Kewpie charms, while the biggest names in the category, Pop Mart and Sonny Angel, usually save their Halloween drops for October. Here is what you can buy right now and what to watch for as the season fills in. This guide will be updated as more 2026 Halloween series are released.

What’s out now for 2026

  • Smoko Kewpie Halloween Phone Charm (Series 1), $9 for six costumes, sold out at the source
  • Smoko Kewpie Halloween Figures (Series 2), $16 for six figures, in stock
  • Miniso Disney “Spooky Night”, Winnie the Pooh and Piglet in costume, at Miniso
  • Pokémon Center “Magic Hour Illusion”, the 2026 Halloween collection, live now

The charm that kicked off this season’s blind-box buzz is Smoko’s Kewpie Halloween Phone Charm. Each $9 blind box holds one surprise charm, about 1.25 inches of vinyl, metal, and nylon, that clips onto your phone. The six costumes are Pumpkin, Black Cat, Witch, Devil, Mummy, and Clown, and the figure is an officially licensed Kewpie from Kewpie Corporation. It read “Be Back soon” (sold out) at smokonow.com as of September 6, so treat Series 1 as a restock watch. It is rated ages 15 and up.

Smoko Kewpie Halloween Figures, $16 (Series 2)

If Series 1 is sold out, Series 2 is the one you can actually buy. It swaps the phone strap for a standing figure, roughly 2.5 to 3.25 inches, at $16 a box. The six styles are Scarecrow, Devil, Clown, Vampire, Pumpkin, and a “BOO!” Ghost Tee Kewpie, and it was in stock at smokonow.com at last check.

Miniso Disney “Spooky Night,” at Miniso

Miniso’s Disney “Spooky Night” blind box puts Winnie the Pooh and Piglet in Halloween costumes: Pumpkin Pooh, Pumpkin Piglet, Black Cat Pooh, Devil Piglet, and a secret ghost. These are soft plush figures rather than vinyl, and they have been quick to sell out, so check miniso-us.com and Miniso stores for current price and stock.

Also live now: Pokémon Center’s Halloween collection

Pokémon Center’s 2026 Halloween line, “Magic Hour Illusion,” is led by Zoroark and Mimikyu and leans more toward statues, mugs, and decor than blind boxes, but it is the other big collectible drop on shelves right now. Our Pokémon Center Halloween 2026 guide has the full lineup.

What’s still coming this season

The two biggest names in blind boxes save their Halloween series for later in the fall, so neither had a 2026 edition on sale as of early September.

Pop Mart ran its Halloween pendant blind boxes last October, the “Why So Serious” series featuring Labubu and CryBaby that opened at roughly $20 a box. A 2026 Halloween drop is likely around October. Sonny Angel releases a Halloween mini-figure series most years, and the 2026 edition had not been announced yet. We will add both here as they land.

Where to buy Halloween blind boxes

  • Smoko, smokonow.com, for the Kewpie charms and figures
  • Pop Mart, popmart.com and the Pop Mart app, for its Halloween pendants
  • Sonny Angel, the official Sonny Angel store, for its Halloween series
  • Miniso, miniso-us.com and Miniso stores
  • Hot Topic, a broad blind-box wall in stores and online
  • Amazon, carries many of these once they sell out at the source, often above retail

Frequently asked questions

What is a Halloween blind box?

A blind box is a sealed package that hides which figure or charm is inside until you open it, so every purchase is a surprise pull from a set. Halloween series dress the figures in seasonal costumes, and many sets include a rare “secret” style.

What Halloween blind boxes are out for 2026 right now?

As of early September, Smoko’s Kewpie Halloween Phone Charm (Series 1, $9) and Kewpie Halloween Figures (Series 2, $16) are the marquee drops, with Series 2 in stock. Miniso’s Disney “Spooky Night” is also on shelves, and Pokémon Center’s Halloween collection is live.

When do Pop Mart and Sonny Angel release their Halloween series?

Both tend to drop in October. Pop Mart’s Halloween pendant series arrived in early October last year, and Sonny Angel’s Halloween mini-figures usually appear in the fall.

How much do Halloween blind boxes cost?

Most run $9 to $20 a box. Smoko’s Kewpie charms are $9 and its figures are $16 a box, and Pop Mart’s pendant blind boxes have opened around $20 a box.
