The Haunted Attraction Network visited IAAPA in Orlando, Florida, this past week. You can view our recap of the haunt vendor news from the event in our recent video. Here are some haunt vendor highlights:
Froggy’s Fog won the IAAPA Brass Ring Award for Best New Product with their new Thanos A-1 Fog Blaster. This handheld fog blaster runs on regular fog fluid and uses rechargeable batteries – making it freely portable without the restriction of a power cord. You can tailor the unit to your needs through the display menu, where you can customize the strength of the fog output, the LED color at the outlet nozzle (to color the fog), and the LED color of the case lighting. These are on sale now, starting at $5,000.
Poison Props debuted their new Spider Animatronic, the first 2024 new product. The large arachnid launches itself towards your customers and can include a water spitter. Stop by their booth at this year’s Transworld’s Halloween & Attractions show in March to view their full 2024 lineup.
U.S. Haunts & Events
Krampus’ Cove, an immersive cocktail experience, is coming to the Lost Property Bar in Los Angeles, California select dates from November 24th – December 31st. Krampus’ Cove takes the traditional celebrations surrounding Christmas and turns them on their head with Krampus, naughty elves, evil snowmen, and more – all with innovative and delicious seasonally-inspired cocktails. Each 2-hour seating will start with a welcome cocktail, and shortly after, their illustrious host of horrors will kick off the evening’s events. Once seated, guests will be privy to a full list of creepy holiday cocktails. Tickets are on sale now for $25 each. Attendees must be aged 21+.
From November 30th – December 30th, Hush Haunted Attraction (Westland, MI) welcomes you to “The Legendary Lodge,” where the magic of Christmas meets the thrill of an upscale ski resort. Immerse yourself in a winter wonderland adorned with extravagant decorations, indulge in an exclusive holiday-themed drink and food menu, and capture timeless memories with enchanting photo ops. Elevate your festive experience at this extraordinary Christmas pop-up bar, where every moment is as legendary as the holiday itself.
Have yourself a scary little Christmas with Sir Henry’s Haunted Trail (Plant City, FL) at their annual Sir Henry’s Haunted Christmas event December 8th – 9th & 15th – 17th. Experience two haunted trails themed around creepy Christmas icons. An escape game and laser tag game will also operate during the nights of the event. Tickets are on sale now starting at $27 for General Admission and $37 for VIP Tickets.
Conventions & Mixers
TransWorld’s East Coast Haunters Convention (Oaks, PA) has announced the lineup for their Friday Night Bus Tour. On Friday, April 26th, attendees will visit Bates Motel and Haunted Hayride and Pennhurst Asylum. Transportation will be provided.
