Lake Buena Vista, FL — Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, the Indiana Jones-themed bar at Disney Springs, brings its Halloween overlay back on August 11 with a new food and drink menu and the same 1940s-kitsch decor that dressed the bar last year. The overlay runs through November 9.
The overlay debuted in 2025 as the bar’s first Halloween season.
The New Halloween Menu
Disney has posted eleven Halloween items, six food and five drinks. Prices have not been published. Only the returning Alien Invader Sliders carry over from last year, and everything else is new.
The food:
- Candelabra Eggs — Deviled eggs with crispy fried chicken, sweet-and-tart pepper sauce, and aji amarillo custard
- Dark Forest Dip — Roasted mixed mushrooms, baby rainbow carrots, hummus, toasted pumpkin seeds, and pita
- Bone Kebabs — Pork and beef bone kebabs, prosciutto, creamy tomato sauce, and kataifi straws
- Midnight Mayhem Popcorn Chicken — Crispy fried chicken, candied bacon, spiced walnuts, popcorn, and hot honey sauce
- Skull of the Dead Dip — Barbacoa beef, cheddar sauce, spicy fried onion straws, and plantain chips
- Alien Invader Sliders (Returning) — Crispy Nashville hot fried chicken, sliced provolone, dill pickle slices, cheddar-chive biscuit, and queen olives
The drinks:
- Temple of Doom Margarita — Patron Silver Tequila, Bols Blackberry Brandy, blackberry puree, habanero-lime syrup, and lime juice topped with a black sugar rim, blackberries, and cherries
- Skull and Sour — Jameson Irish Whiskey, Bols Peach Schnapps Liqueur, lemon juice, and pumpkin spice syrup topped with green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy strands
- Midnight Relic — Tito’s Handmade Vodka, ube syrup, cream of coconut, lemon juice, and a pinch of edible glitter
- Viper’s Nest — DOLE Pineapple Juice, white cranberry juice, green apple syrup, blue curacao syrup, Sprite, and butterfly pea extract topped with green apple juice-filled pearls and gummy candy
- Fright of the Espresso — Cold brew and pumpkin spice liqueur garnished with pumpkin spice

What the Overlay Looks Like
Disney redresses the entire room, not just the menu, describing the bar as one that “transforms into a warm and inviting retreat during Halloween, blending the cozy glow of vintage lanterns with playful touches that feel more charming than chilling.”
Pumpkin scarecrows meet guests at the entrance, and one of them flies an airplane, a nod to Jock Lindsey himself. Above the diving-bell seating, a patch of jack-o’-lanterns flickers through the night. A band of vintage Beistle-style black cats watches the room from the far corner.
The decor threads through the bar’s existing story rather than covering it up. A “Bigelow’s Air Circus” banner hangs high on the right, a reference to the 1991 Disney film The Rocketeer. Festive tinsel garland, popularized in the 1940s, zigzags in front of Jock’s treasures, including a banner for his win in the National Air Races. Reggie, Jock’s pet boa constrictor, is once again absent from his cage.
What Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar Is
Jock Lindsey is Indiana Jones’ barnstorming pilot, who in the bar’s backstory “stumbled upon Disney Springs in 1938 while chasing down a mythology-based tip in Central Florida” and built an airplane hangar as his home base that became the bar.
The room is packed with artifacts tying into both the Indiana Jones films and the larger Society of Explorers and Adventurers universe, Disney’s mythology of exploration and global mystery. The Halloween layer is added on top of all of it, so the overlay reads as a seasonal visit to a place with its own history.
One of Seventeen Disney Springs Halloween Menus
The Hangar Bar is one of roughly seventeen Disney Springs venues serving Halloween menus this fall, and it commits to the full experience: themed food, themed drinks, and a themed room. Most of the haunt industry does not do food at all.
When HAN covered the 2026 food gap, the numbers were stark. Fewer than 10 percent of haunted attractions incorporate food, per the 2022 Haunt Industry Benchmark Survey, and only 3.9 percent cite it as a major revenue source, even though Mars found that 71 percent of US adults want sensory or textural experiences from treats. Disney sits at the far end of that spectrum, building the meal, the drink, and the setting into a single seasonal visit, the same full-experience approach behind haunt-side experiments like Scarehouse Windsor’s immersive dinner.
