Los Angeles, CA — Tickets are now available for Spooky Swap Meet VI, returning to Heritage Square Museum in Los Angeles from April 24-26 with a new unlimited access pass and a guest appearance by Nikk Alcaraz of Practical Peculiarities.
The sixth annual “Halfway-to-Halloween” event introduces the “Swap Til You Drop (Dead) Pass,” providing access across all three days without the timed entry restrictions of general admission. Alcaraz will decorate one of the museum’s Victorian homes while signing copies of “Peculiar Baking: A Practical Guide to Strange Confections.”
“We thought of a way to provide flexibility for our die hard Halloween fans who want to see all aspects of the event at differing times of day and night,” said Claire Dunlap, co-creator and producer of Spooky Swap Meet. “The ‘Swap Til You Drop (Dead) Pass’ will get them first stab at acquiring vendors’ limited products as well as avoiding FOMO as each day has distinct offerings.”
Spooky Swap Meet features 65+ vendors selling new and gently used Halloween merchandise, gothic furnishings, decor, baked goods, apparel, and props. Vendors include Backstitch Bruja, Kreepsville 666, Tee No Evil, Discount Cemetery, and Lucky Hell Cat Art.
Guests of all ages can trick-or-treat for candy at Heritage Square’s seven Victorian-era homes, decorated by professional and amateur haunt designers including LA Haunted Hayride, A Mr. He Slasher, Stagefright Theater, and Samhain’s Restless Farm in association with AdamJess FX. Diana Vogel of The Vogel Victorian will also decorate a manor for this year’s event.
Additional offerings include fortune telling, food vendors, performances, and mini walk-through haunted experiences
Event dates and ticketing
Spooky Swap Meet VI runs Friday, April 24, from 5 pm to 10 pm, Saturday, April 25, from 12 pm to 10 pm, and Sunday, April 26, from 10 am to 5 pm. The event has sold out each day since its 2021 debut.
General admission starts at $23 for timed entries. The “Swap Til You Drop (Dead) Pass” is $45 and provides unlimited access during all open hours across all three days.
The event entrance is located at 3510 Pasadena Ave with free parking at Metro Gold Lot, Heritage Square Station. VIP parking spots are available for pre-purchase at $32. ADA parking with placards is available at the Homer Street entrance at 3800 Homer St.
