Bath & Body Works Halloween 2026 Haunted Circus collection

New Albany, OH — Bath & Body Works launched a 2026 Halloween collection that leans into the classic haunted-carnival theme, featuring three new carnival-inspired fragrances and a $275 Glow-in-the-Dark Circus Luminary candle holder.

The collection has circulated in fan and media coverage under the name “Haunted Circus,” a label that does not appear on the retailer’s own product pages, which instead describe individual items as featuring carnival designs.

The carnival theme itself caught my attention because Michaels built one of its six 2026 collections, Bound by Magic, around vintage carnival mysticism and sideshow aesthetics. Retail is the first wave of Halloween, and two national chains independently landing on the haunted carnival is a data point for operators weighing theme direction for 2026 and 2027.

Three new carnival scents

According to All Hallows Geek, which covered the June 29 preview, the new scents are Spooky Popcorn (cauldron popped corn, drizzled butter, and sea salt), Cotton Candy Cobwebs (spun sugared webs, fresh berries, and fluffy whipped vanilla), and Carnival Fog (spooky autumn air, woody incense, and midnight fog).

Returning fragrances include Pumpkin Carving, Ghoul Friend (dark strawberries, ghostly peony, and spine-chilling citrus), and Vampire Blood, which the retailer’s site copy says “returns with a revamped look” and describes as red berries, night-blooming jasmine, and petrifying plum. Vampire Blood remains the anchor of the collection, appearing across 13 items, more than any other scent. Ghoul Friend spans 11 items, while Spooky Popcorn appears on just one, a member-exclusive 3-wick candle that sold out online during the preview window.

The decor lineup

The hero piece is the Glow-in-the-Dark Circus Luminary, a resin 3-wick candle holder measuring 9.6 inches in diameter and 10.8 inches tall, priced at $275.00. The product listing describes it as a “glow-in-the-dark luminary carnival design.” It is the most expensive item in the collection and continues the retailer’s recent pattern of one high-priced sculptural centerpiece per Halloween season.

Two decor pieces launched as Rewards member exclusives: the Light-up Glow-in-the-Dark Funhouse Pedestal 3-wick candle holder ($79.95) and the Neon Spooky Ferris Wheel Color-changing Nightlight Wallflowers plug ($36.95).

The carnival midway extends across the rest of the accessories assortment:

  • Light-up Glow-in-the-Dark Fortune Telling Pedestal 3-wick candle holder, $69.95
  • Fortune Teller Projector Nightlight Wallflowers plug, $36.95
  • Cotton Candy Cart Nightlight Wallflowers plug, $26.95
  • Light-up Fortune Teller PocketBac holder, $12.95

Non-carnival decor rounds out the collection, including the Light-up Color-changing Cauldron Waterglobe 3-wick candle holder ($99.95), the Glow-in-the-Dark Skeleton Boo! Pedestal ($44.95), the Spider and Moon Pedestal ($39.95), the Potion on Books Projector Nightlight ($36.95), the Encrusted Cauldron Nightlight ($26.95), and a Light-up Spooky Kitty soap holder ($22.95).

Timing and pricing

The online preview ran June 29 through July 5, with select decor items locked to Rewards members. The full collection arrived in stores and online today, July 6.

The launch overlaps the retailer’s Semi-Annual Sale, which puts the Halloween 3-wick candles at $13.95 (regularly $24.95) and Halloween foaming hand soaps at $3.95 (regularly $7.95) at launch. That means the core consumable items in the collection debuted at deep discount, with the sculptural decor holding full price.
