Sandusky, OH — Cedar Point has posted the full HalloWeekends 2026 lineup. The season runs select days and nights from September 17 through November 1, its 29th year, and now includes six haunted mazes led by the new DIABLO: The Infernal Path, the returning walkthrough The Conjuring: Beyond Fear, four scare zones, and six live shows. Haunted Attractions Pass pricing starts at $15 per night, and a discounted all-season pass is back for $35, per the park’s official event pages.
HalloWeekends, Not Fright Fest
One point of confusion worth clearing up first, because a lot of people are searching for it: Cedar Point’s Halloween event is HalloWeekends, not Fright Fest. Cedar Point’s website now lives at sixflags.com following the 2024 merger of Cedar Fair and Six Flags, but the park kept its own Halloween brand. Fright Fest is the event at legacy Six Flags parks, covered park by park in our complete Fright Fest 2026 guide. HalloWeekends is Cedar Point’s long-running name for the season, and the park calls 2026 its 29th year.
Dates and Structure
The event runs select days and nights, September 17 through November 1, 2026, under the full name HalloWeekends presented by SNICKERS. The format splits the day in two, and the park’s copy puts it plainly: “Fun by day, fright by night.”
Daytime is the family side, with “corn and hay mazes, pint-sized tractors for kids, pumpkin decorating, games and trick-or-treating,” per the event page. Night brings the haunted mazes, scare zones, and live entertainment.
Tickets and the Haunted Attractions Pass
The haunted mazes are not included with park admission. Access runs through the Haunted Attractions Pass, which starts at $15 for a single night when bought online, plus processing fees of up to $9.99 and tax. The 2026 All Season Haunted Attractions Pass is back at $35, down from $59, and covers the mazes on every event night, with an Express upgrade available. Season Pass and Membership holders also have all-season options.
The Conjuring: Beyond Fear is priced separately, starting at $25 per night, and is not included in the Haunted Attractions Pass.
The Haunted Mazes
HalloWeekends 2026 runs six haunted mazes on the Haunted Attractions Pass, plus a seventh haunted attraction, The Conjuring: Beyond Fear, that carries its own separate ticket, covered below.
DIABLO: The Infernal Path is the new maze this year, built around Blizzard’s Diablo game series and designed exclusively for Cedar Point and Kings Dominion. A ritual breaks the barrier between worlds and sends guests through cursed cathedrals and ancient rituals, face to face with Diablo, Lilith, Mephisto, and Baal. HAN broke down the Diablo maze announcement when it landed on August 7.
The five returning mazes fill out the rest of the lineup. Midnight follows Mr. Midnight into the Book of the Dark. Slaughter House opens the Spilt ‘n Trails Meat Factory for tours you may not walk out of. The Haunting of Eerie Estate traps guests in a decaying manor with the spirits that roam it. Fearground Freak Show puts Madame Ophelia’s collection of living nightmares on display. CornStalkers 2.0: Revenge of the Pumpkin Heads sends guests into the maize as the Pumpkin Heads rise again.
The Conjuring: Beyond Fear
The Conjuring: Beyond Fear, the interactive SCREAMium walkthrough that debuted at Cedar Point during HalloWeekends in 2025, returns for 2026 as part of Six Flags’ chain-wide Halloween reveal on August 17. Guests take on the role of paranormal investigator inside New Line Cinema’s Conjuring Universe, coming face to face with the infamous Annabelle across a roughly 20-minute experience. It requires its own ticket, starting at $25 per night, and is not covered by the Haunted Attractions Pass.
Scare Zones
Four scare zones take over the park after dark. Crystal Rock Massacre turns the wooded grounds of Camp Crystal Rock into a slaughter. Cut Throat Cove fills with pirates who never made it off the plank. Clownz: Hall of Infamy Tour gathers the clown-faced Butchers of Rock for a concert that will not end. Tombstone Terrortory: Doc McCoffer’s Evil Elixir peddles snake oil in a cursed western town.
Live Entertainment
Six live shows round out the nights. Opening SCARYmoanies starts each evening with Mr. Midnight and the creatures of the night. Skeleton Crew pairs high-flying acrobatics with undead stunt work. Wake the Dead: Til Death Do Us Part is an interactive wedding whodunit. The Shrieks! Contamination is a pop-hits stage show, Fangs: Eternal leans into vampire-fronted classic rock, and Butchers of Rock closes the night with a hard-rock set. Showtimes are listed in the Six Flags mobile app and can change without notice.
