First Watch’s fall seasonal menu is live at more than 660 restaurants and runs through October 26, 2026. Pumpkin comes back in two forms, the returning Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast and new Pumpkin Spice Donuts served as dippable donut holes, but the chain put a savory item at the top of the release: a Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich built around its Million Dollar Bacon. Four of the five items are new.
Part of our Fall Food and Drinks 2026 guide.
The Four New Items
The Pumpkin Spice Donuts are the pumpkin news. First Watch describes them as “warm cake donut holes tossed with pumpkin-spiced sugar and lightly dusted with powdered cinnamon sugar,” served with salted caramel and crème anglaise for dipping. It is the chain’s answer to the pumpkin spice doughnut that Krispy Kreme brought back August 11, in a shareable, sit-down form.
The Maple Bacon Croissant Sandwich is the item the chain led with. It stacks Million Dollar Bacon, a Jones Dairy Farm pork sausage patty, folded cage-free eggs, house-pickled jalapeños, sharp Cheddar, and bacon apricot jam on a griddled croissant round, with seasoned potatoes on the side. The Godfather Breakfast Bowl goes Italian: griddled Italian pork sausage, two eggs any style, and Bob’s Red Mill seasoned grits topped with lemon-dressed arugula, herbs, and grated Parmesan, with chopped Calabrian chilis on the side. The fourth new item is a juice, the Blazing Dragon, made with strawberry, lemon, cane sugar, and dragon fruit.
The Returning Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast
The one returning item is the Pumpkin Pancake Breakfast: two cage-free eggs any style, Jones Dairy Farm chicken apple sausage patties, and one spiced pumpkin pancake. Shane Schaibly, the chain’s Senior Vice President of Culinary Strategy, put it at the end of his quote in the release: “And of course, it wouldn’t be fall without the return of our fan-favorite pumpkin pancakes.”
It is one of two pumpkin pancake plates on the fall calendar. IHOP’s Pumpkin Spice Pancakes came back August 24 as a full stack with new Pumpkin Cheesecake Pancake Tacos and a milkshake alongside. First Watch’s version is a single pancake on a breakfast plate, and it beat IHOP to the table by six days.
Dates, Where, and Prices
The menu is available now through October 26, 2026, at First Watch locations nationwide, with one carve-out the release footnotes: it is not available in the Tampa Bay area or at select recently opened restaurants. First Watch has not announced prices for any of the five items. Restaurants are open 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for dine-in, pickup, and delivery.
August 18 was a crowded day for fall launches. McDonald’s, Philz Coffee, and Cracker Barrel all went live the same morning, and Cracker Barrel, the other sit-down breakfast chain in the group, went apple rather than pumpkin. First Watch kept pumpkin but led the announcement with a bacon sandwich. Every chain’s fall date and lineup is in our Fall Food and Drinks 2026 guide.
