IHOP is bringing its pumpkin lineup back on August 24, 2026, and adding two new items. The returning Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are joined by a new Pumpkin Spice Milkshake and a new Pumpkin Cheesecake Pancake Tacos, which folds small pumpkin pancakes into a taco shape around a cheesecake filling.

Part of our Fall Food and Drinks 2026 guide.

The Two New Items

The Pumpkin Cheesecake Pancake Tacos are the more unusual of the two. IHOP builds them from three silver-dollar pumpkin spice pancakes, folds each one taco-style, and fills it with cheesecake mousse. The tacos come topped with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar and are served upright in a taco holder.

The Pumpkin Spice Milkshake is the second new item. It is finished with whipped cream and a Cinn-A-Dipper donut hole on the rim.

The Returning Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

IHOP’s Pumpkin Spice Pancakes are back as the chain’s Spotlight Stack. They are buttermilk pancakes made with real pumpkin puree and a spice mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, and IHOP is offering them as a combo plate.

IHOP shared the lineup on its Instagram account.

The pumpkin menu arrives August 24 at participating IHOP locations for the fall season. IHOP has not announced prices for the 2026 items.
