Universal’s official Obsession Halloween costumes are on sale at the NBCUniversal Store for $74.95 each, and Bear’s set has already sold out in every size. Nikki’s set, with her purple floral dress, temporary tattoos, a foam brick printed “i love you so so so so so much,” and a One Wish Willow, is still on preorder.
Nikki’s Costume Set
The store bills it as Nikki’s final look from the film.
The set includes:
- Purple floral dress: a dark purple polyester dress with an off-the-shoulder sweetheart neckline, a ruched bust, and lace paneling.
- Temporary tattoos: a 4-by-6-inch sheet.
- Foam brick prop: a lightweight block about 7.75 by 3.5 by 1.5 inches, printed “i love you so so so so so much.”
- One Wish Willow: a limited-edition replica in retro-inspired packaging.
As of September 28, Nikki’s set was on preorder in sizes small through XL, with XXL sold out. The store says it ships within four days, with estimated delivery between September 30 and October 4, and both sets are final sale.
Bear’s Costume Set, Sold Out
Bear’s set recreates his final look from the film.
It includes:
- Sweater: a wool-polyester knit with Southwestern geometric stripes.
- Lounge pants: plaid polyester pajama pants with a drawstring waist.
- Printed block: a wooden block about 7 by 2.4 by 1.4 inches, stamped “Kiss the person on your left.”
- One Wish Willow: the same replica as Nikki’s set.
Every size of Bear’s set, small through XXL, showed as sold out on September 28, and the page now offers a notify-me button instead of an order button.
The One Wish Willow
Both sets come with the prop the whole film turns on. In Focus Features’ description of Obsession, a hopeless romantic breaks the mysterious One Wish Willow “to win his crush’s heart” and finds himself “getting exactly what he asked for” until he learns that “some desires come at a dark, sinister price.” Curry Barker wrote and directed it, and Focus Features released it May 15. It’s now available to watch at home.
Dolls Kill’s Obsession Look-Alikes
Bear’s set is sold out, but Dolls Kill has an Obsession group costume page with a Freaky Nikki costume top for $49 and a purple mini dress for $74. The page doesn’t describe either piece as officially licensed.
Nikki at Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood
Nikki is loose at Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood this year as a roaming character with no fixed spot on the map, and the event sells a One Wish Churro in a One Wish Willow box.
