Astro Carpet Mills manufactures printed carpet and artificial turf for entertainment, recreation, hospitality and residential spaces. Its blacklight carpet, which it also sells as glow in the dark, neon and fluorescent carpet, covers floors in bowling centers, roller skating rinks, family arcades, family entertainment centers, blacklight golf venues and miniature golf courses, along with restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, movie theaters, game rooms, children’s rooms and home theaters.
The catalog is sorted by venue, with Laser Tag, Skating, Family Entertainment, Bowling and Themed categories plus the EnVogue designer collection of patterns and colors. The company works with each client on a customized design for the space, and it runs a division set up to support architects and interior designers. Its carpet is made with what the company calls its Tite Tuft Process and printed in high resolution patterns.
Astro Carpet Mills is based at 716 South River Street in Calhoun, Georgia, and sells direct to buyers, cutting out the retail markup.
