About TicketSocket
TicketSocket is a white label ticketing and registration platform for events, venues and attractions, in operation since 2012. It handles general admission, timed entry, seated venues and race registration, along with an on-site box office and ticket scanning, and every checkout page, receipt and e-ticket carries the client’s branding and ticketing domain. Ticket revenue goes straight into the client’s merchant account rather than being held by TicketSocket, the client sets and names its service fees, and the company says it does not remarket buyer data to competing events. Developers can extend the system through REST APIs with webhook support.
Its Halloween client Pumpkin Nights, a trail-style event that the case study puts at more than 200,000 attendees each fall across two months of timed-entry nights, moved to TicketSocket from older ticketing systems. TicketSocket built the event a custom-branded calendar checkout, supplied scanning hardware and onsite support for opening weekend, and reports a 20% year-over-year rise in pre-sale tickets since the switch.
Mark Miller founded the company and serves as chief executive, and TicketSocket keeps offices in southern California and southern Florida. It exhibited at TransWorld’s Halloween & Attractions Show 2026 at Booth 2519.
