About Zombie-Works
Zombie-Works is the online shop of Jeff Hartz, a freelance artist in Cleveland, Ohio, who goes by Buzz Zombie. Hartz trained as a wood craftsman and holds a Journeyman’s card in patternmaking, and the site sells his horror sculpture alongside a catalog of dark music on CD.
The music section carries the Nox Arcana catalog, including Pandora’s Box, The Haunted Symphony, Gothic, Season of the Witch and the Doctor Arcana game soundtrack, plus William Piotrowski’s score for the vampire film Crimson Winter. Hartz performs on the two Buzz-Works CDs, both co-written and produced by Joseph Vargo. Zombie Influx is a zombie invasion soundscape built from eerie sound effects, emergency news bulletins and cinematic music, and House of Nightmares is set in an old house by the cemetery.
The zombie sculpture line runs from solid resin pieces such as the Deadite and Leatherface magnets and the Drowning Man to ready-to-paint kits like Rich Klink’s Zombie Grave and Zombie Bust. The shop’s mailing address is in Avon Lake, Ohio.
