The closest match is the $6 Tipsy Zombie, which lists the same ingredients the Dollar Zombie had in 2024: rum, passion fruit, pineapple, cherry, and lime, with a gummi brain on top.

Applebee’s 2026 Halloween drinks menu
Dracula’s Juice ($6): a new recipe this year, with Bacardí Superior Rum, Cuervo Tradicional Blanco, prickly pear, and premium lemon sour. Last year’s Dracula’s Juice was Bacardi rum and Patrón Silver tequila, shaken with strawberry and premium lemon sour.
Tipsy Zombie ($6): Bacardí Superior Rum, passion fruit, pineapple, cherry, and lime, topped with gummi brains. The gummi brain contains gelatin.
Either cocktail can take a Patrón Silver vibe drop, at a price Applebee’s has not posted.
Tropical Spell Mocktail ($4): a tiki mix of pineapple, passion fruit, cherry, lime, and Monin dragon fruit, with no alcohol.
Graveyard Dirty Soda (price not posted): Mountain Dew and Monin blue raspberry, topped with a creamy swirl, whipped cream, grenadine, and Oreo cookie “dirt” crumbles.
Michelob Ultra Brewtus: a light lager with citrus notes. Brewtus is Applebee’s signature beer glass.
The mocktail and the dirty soda are the two drinks on the list that anyone at the table can order.
Is the Dollar Zombie back at Applebee’s in 2026?
No, not so far. The Dollar Zombie is not on Applebee’s 2026 Spooky Sips page, and Applebee’s has not announced it in its 2026 news. It was Applebee’s $1 October special in 2024, when it came back after a six-year hiatus. Applebee’s Dollar Zombie page still shows that 2024 promotion, and Applebee’s 2025 Halloween announcement did not include it.
The closest drink on the 2026 menu is the Tipsy Zombie. Applebee’s lists the same ingredients for both: rum, passion fruit, pineapple, cherry, and lime, with a gummi brain. The Tipsy Zombie costs $6 and names Bacardí Superior Rum.

What changed from last year
- Earlier start: the 2026 drinks were on Applebee’s site by Sept. 1, five weeks ahead of last year’s Oct. 6 start.
- Booze-free drinks: the Tropical Spell Mocktail and the Graveyard Dirty Soda are new. Last year’s non-alcoholic picks were dirty fountain sodas in Passion Blue Dew, Cherry Charmed Pepsi, and Mango Dream Dew.
- Dracula’s Juice: prickly pear and Cuervo Tradicional Blanco this year, in place of strawberry and Patrón Silver.
- Vibe drops: last year’s were $2 and color-changing, melon liqueur for the Tipsy Zombie and blue curaçao for Dracula’s Juice. This year’s vibe drop is Patrón Silver.
- Beer: Michelob Ultra in the Brewtus glass. Last year it was Modelo Especial.

Spooky Sips run through November 15, 2026, at participating Applebee’s locations. They are dine-in only, the alcoholic drinks are 21 and up, and participation may vary while supplies last. Tax and tip are extra.
