Build-A-Bear’s 2026 Halloween collection, dubbed “Spooky Stuff You Love,” stars a Jumping Spider plush.
On August 28, Build-A-Bear grew the collection with a Sanrio Halloween line, led by the first U.S. full-size Lloromannic plush.
Sanrio Halloween Collection, Including the First U.S. Lloromannic Plush
Build-A-Bear expanded the collection on August 28 with a Sanrio Halloween line, and the one collectors will care about most is the Lloromannic duo, Berry and Cherry, offered as full-size Build-A-Bear plush for the first time in the U.S., along with the U.K., Ireland, and Canada. Lloromannic are Cinnamoroll’s mischievous counterparts, first introduced in 2007, and the name is simply “Cinnamoroll” spelled backward. Berry is the one with ram horns and a bold streak, and Cherry is the confident troublemaker of the pair.
As of this writing, Berry and Cherry each run $38 on their own, or $52.50 bundled with a Lloromannic suit or dress. The rest of the Sanrio Halloween lineup: Spooky Webs Cinnamoroll, a seasonal spin on the floppy-eared favorite, at $38 (or $52.50 with its Halloween outfit), and Starry Sky Hello Kitty, an online-exclusive gift set at $65. There is also a Hello Kitty Cauldron Wristie for $7 if you just want a small piece of the drop.
Like the rest of the line, each plush can be personalized with outfits, sounds, scents, and accessories. Build-A-Bear is selling the Sanrio collection online and at participating workshops while supplies last.
Jumping Spider
A fuzzy brown spider with eight legs and four big black eyes, the plush starts at $36, or $44 as a gift set with a “Keep On Creepin’ On” spiderweb tee. There is a limit of four per guest, and the spider also comes in Mini Beans and bag charm form.
Build-A-Bear was inspired to make a jumping spider due to their recent popularity online. “Jumping spiders have emerged as unlikely internet stars in recent years, earning devoted followings across social media and inspiring everything from viral spider pet videos, to playful prank content,” the company said. “Through Build-A-Bear’s interactive Make-Your-Own Experience, guests can bring the trend to life by creating and personalizing their own Jumping Spider furry friend with outfits, sounds, scents and accessories.”
Posable Bat
“A Halloween favorite featuring poseable wings that allow guests to create fun and expressive displays,” per Build-A-Bear. The bat starts at $34, limit four per guest, or $57 as a gift set with bat-print overalls and black combat boots.
Giant Posable Bat
“A larger-than-life version of the fan-favorite bat designed for collectors and Halloween enthusiasts,” per Build-A-Bear. It is $128 and sold online only, and cannot be picked up at a workshop.
Mystical Werewolf
Brown and green-eyed with one fang showing, described by the company as “a friendly spin on a legendary Halloween creature with a playful personality and seasonal style.” It starts at $30, or $58 as a gift set with a pumpkin ghost hoodie, grey joggers and black high-tops.
Enchanting Kitty
Purple with yellow-green eyes and iridescent paw pads, “a festive feline dressed for spooky-season adventures and fall celebrations,” per Build-A-Bear. It is $30.
Batty Kitty
A black-and-white cat returning this year, which Build-A-Bear calls “a returning favorite that combines feline charm with Halloween-inspired flair.” She starts at $40, or $64 as a gift set with a black school uniform and Halloween bows.
Owloween Cauldron Mashimal
An owl shaped like a cauldron, and “a cuddly owl-inspired continuation of the brand’s Mashimal collection, which launched this summer, featuring whimsical characters inspired by creative combinations of animals, objects, and playful personalities,” per Build-A-Bear. It starts at $36, or $56 as a gift set that tucks a Mini Beans Jumping Spider and a Mini Beans Bat into the cauldron.
Vault Collection Pumpkin Pal Teddy
“A nostalgic fan-favorite brought back from the Build-A-Bear vault for a new generation of Halloween celebrations,” per Build-A-Bear. On the site, the Trick or Treat gift set built around a Timeless Teddy Bear is $74 for six pieces: the bear, a pumpkin ghost hoodie, dark jeans, a jack-o’-lantern bucket, suede clogs, and a Mini Beans Mystical Werewolf.
Mini Beans, Bag Charms and Accessories
“The assortment also includes Halloween-themed Mini Beans collectibles featuring Jumping Spider, Midnight Bat, Mystical Werewolf, Batty Kitty, and Candy Corn Longhorn, along with seasonal fashions, sounds, scents, and accessories that allow guests to personalize their furry friends,” Build-A-Bear said. “Fans can also celebrate Halloween on the go with collectible bag charms, including the Jumping Spider, Bat, Spooky Kitty, and Spooky Cute Bear.” Prices for those have not been posted.
“This year’s collection pairs returning favorites, like our Posable Bat, with new, spooky furry friends such as the Jumping Spider, giving guests even more ways to create personalized memories at our Workshops and celebrate the Halloween season,” said Chris Hurt, chief executive officer of Build-A-Bear Workshop.
The collection is on sale now and available while supplies last at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations and on BuildABear.com.
