Target’s 2026 Halloween drop is live on Target.com, part of the broader Summerween wave. Here are the picks worth flagging so far.
Trending right now: two Sanrio inflatables and a friendly ghost
Three inflatables are landing high on Target.com’s Halloween 2026 module right now, all in the small-yard / entryway size:

The Lewis pumpkin ghouls are back
Hyde & EEK! Boutique’s viral Lewis the Pumpkin Ghoul family returns for 2026. Two pieces are in stock right now:

The 8-foot flagship Lewis and his 2024 crew (Bruce the Skeleton, Pumpkin Rocker Billy, Pumpkin Iron Lewcy) are not yet listed for 2026. The category page itself says “more Halloween magic is on the way,” so more Lewis is presumably coming as the season builds.
Halloween apparel: cats and licensed graphics
The apparel wave is where Target is leaning hardest right now, and the cat motif is everywhere:

The wider cat cluster also includes the CHIN UP Witch Cat Cowl Neck Sweatshirt ($23.99), Cute Cat in Moon Cowl Neck Sweatshirt ($23.99), Witch Cat Racerback Tank ($19.99), and Lost Gods’ Black Cat Racerback Tank ($19.99) and men’s See You In Purrgatory tee ($15.99). Licensed graphic sweatshirts run across Disney (Mickey and Friends), Star Wars, Betty Boop, and Michael Myers (Halloween II), most at $31.99 sale / $59.99 regular.
The Nightmare Before Christmas book
“The Nightmare Before Christmas: The Shiver of Christmas Town” releases September 15, 2026, and it’s listed on Target.com at $15.99 paperback / $22.99 hardcover. If you have an NBC fan on the gift list, this one’s easy.
What’s coming next
The Halloween-2026 hub says “more Halloween magic is on the way — check back this summer,” so expect additional Hyde & EEK! decor, Favorite Day candy novelties, costumes, and Threshold pieces to roll in through August. Featherly Friends birds and Target’s own Bullseye-branded costumes have been fall staples the last two years.
Where Target fits in the Summerween wave
Target’s July drop lands inside the now-usual Summerween pattern. Home Depot dropped online July 16. Bath & Body Works launched its Frankenstein’s Bakery lineup July 7. Lush hit the app July 14, stores July 16. Costco and Anthropologie followed in mid-July. Target’s quiet drop fits neatly inside the wave.
