Cold Stone is calling the fall push “The Cozy Collection.” It pairs one new Creation with one that fans have been asking to bring back, both built around dessert-nostalgia flavors rather than the usual pumpkin spice.
Crumb and Get It (new for 2026)
The new Creation is Crumb and Get It, made with HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Ice Cream, Cookie Dough, HONEY MAID Graham Crackers, and Cookie Butter. It reads like a graham cracker cookie plate turned into an ice cream, with the cookie butter doing the heavy lifting on the sweet side.
Going Bananas for JELL-O Pudding (back by request)
The returning flavor is Going Bananas for JELL-O Pudding, which Cold Stone brought back with a straightforward “Guess who’s back.” It layers JELL-O Banana Cream Pudding Ice Cream with NILLA Wafers, banana, and whipped topping, a scoopable take on classic banana pudding.
No pumpkin this year
