Ghost Face, Jason, Billy the Puppet, and Pinhead are fashion dolls now. JAKKS Pacific’s new Doll Haus of Dread line turns the four horror characters into 11-inch collector dolls, with Pinhead in a gown and Billy the Puppet in a pinstripe tuxedo, and each is $39.97 at Walmart.

The Five Dolls in Doll Haus of Dread

Each doll is 11 inches tall with nine points of articulation, dressed in an outfit based on its film, and made to be posed and displayed. The four characters make five dolls, because Ghost Face has two. JAKKS says the line is sold only at Walmart stores and Walmart.com.

  • Scream Ghost Face, $39.97: the classic version, in the hood. Shop at Walmart
  • Scream Ghost Face Bling Mask, $39.97: a limited edition with what JAKKS calls a bling-encrusted mask, sold only on Walmart.com. Shop at Walmart
  • Saw Billy the Puppet, $39.97: the puppet from the Saw films in a pinstripe tuxedo suit. Shop at Walmart
  • Jason, $39.97: a summer-camp look with the hockey mask, which Walmart lists as its Friday the 13th Jason doll. Shop at Walmart
  • Hellraiser Pinhead, $39.97: the leader of the Cenobites in a gown. Shop at Walmart

Dominick Lisi, Senior Vice President of Marketing at JAKKS Pacific, said the company is “reimagining some of horror’s most legendary figures as collectible works of art.”

When the Dolls Go on Sale at Walmart

On October 5, Walmart.com’s pages for four of the dolls, both Ghost Face dolls, Billy the Puppet, and Jason, showed $39.97 and listed the next online sale for Friday, October 9, at 10 a.m. Eastern, with a button to sign up for an alert. That button says the dolls will be back in stock, and the Pinhead page carries a verified-purchase review dated October 3, two days before JAKKS announced the line.

Pinhead had no $39.97 offer on Walmart.com that day. Its page showed two marketplace sellers asking $122 and $124, about three times the retail price, so check that a listing says it is sold and shipped by Walmart before you pay.

The line’s site, dollhaushq.com, says the collection is available now at Walmart, and each doll’s page there links to its Walmart listing. The JAKKS release gives no store date beyond fall 2026. Walmart lists the dolls for ages 8 and up.

October 9 is also the second day of New York Comic Con, which runs October 8 to 11 at the Javits Center and is where JAKKS is debuting the line. The release gives no booth number.

How They Compare With Monster High Skullector

Mattel’s Monster High Skullector line also puts horror film characters on fashion dolls, at $70 each on Mattel Creations, with dolls that stand 10.5 inches tall and have 11 points of articulation. A Doll Haus of Dread doll is $30.03 less and half an inch taller, with two fewer points of articulation.

Skullector’s Michael Myers doll is sold out at Mattel Creations, and sealed ones started at about $118 on eBay on September 30. Oogie Boogie goes on sale October 29 for Fang Club members and October 30 for everyone, and Krampus follows on December 3 and 4. The Monster High dolls of Frankenstein, Dracula, and The Mummy were $42.84 each at Walmart on September 30. The dates and prices for all of them are in my Monster High Skullector guide.

Scream, Crystal Lake, and Hellraiser This Halloween

The original Scream returns to select theaters on October 30 for its 30th anniversary, and Crystal Lake, the Friday the 13th prequel series, premieres on Peacock on October 15. Hellraiser has its first Halloween Horror Nights houses in Orlando and Hollywood, on select nights through November 1, with Doug Bradley voicing Pinhead.

The Warner Bros. Dolls on the Doll Haus Site

JAKKS calls Doll Haus of Dread the first collection under a wider Doll Haus name, and the line’s site already lists a second one, a Warner Bros. collection of seven dolls at $39.97 each: Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, Catwoman, and Supergirl from DC, Daphne and Velma from Scooby-Doo, and a Friends doll called Turkey Head. A countdown on the site’s home page had 32 days left on October 5, and the site does not say what it is counting down to.
