Entenmann’s and Little Bites brought back their fall and Halloween treats for 2026, and the lineup has one new item: Entenmann’s Apple Cider Donut Holes. Bimbo Bakeries USA announced the seasonal favorites on August 5, and they reach grocery shelves nationwide through the fall.
Everything else in the release is a returning favorite: apple cider and pumpkin donuts, pumpkin donut holes, Little Bites pumpkin muffins, and the trick-or-treat-packaged Little Bites Chocolate Chip Halloween Muffins.
The New Apple Cider Donut Holes
The Apple Cider Donut Holes come in a 13-ounce bag for a suggested retail price of $5.69, and they are the only new product in this year’s release. They are the poppable version of Entenmann’s apple cider donut, sized for a bag you pass around rather than a single donut. Entenmann’s pitches the apple cider items in “sharable or poppable formats,” to enjoy “with morning coffee, during weekend fall outings, or following a trip to the apple orchard.” The Donut Holes are at most major grocery retailers nationwide from August through November.
The Returning Apple Cider and Pumpkin Favorites
Next to the new holes, the returning Entenmann’s Apple Cider Donuts come in an 8-count for a suggested retail price of $6.99, also from August through November.
The pumpkin items are back too. Entenmann’s Pumpkin Donuts (8-count, $6.99) and Pumpkin Donut Holes (13 ounces, $5.69) run August through November, and Little Bites Pumpkin Muffins (five pouches, four muffins each, $5.69) run August through October, all suggested retail. Entenmann’s says the pumpkin products “deliver the warm pumpkin flavors and seasonal spices families look forward to each year,” pitched for “lunchboxes to after-school snacks and cozy weekends at home.”
Little Bites Chocolate Chip Halloween Muffins
The Halloween item is a returning one. Little Bites Chocolate Chip Halloween Muffins come in 20 treat-sized pouches, two muffins per pouch, for a suggested retail price of $9.99. Per the release, they are “made with real chocolate chips, and are individually wrapped in festive trick-or-treat themed packages,” aimed at “classroom celebrations, neighborhood get togethers or adding a bit of spooky sweetness to snack time.” They are at grocery retailers nationwide during the Halloween season.
Comfort Flavors, Announced Early
Two things about this release fit patterns HAN has tracked this year. The first is timing. An August 5 announcement for treats that hit shelves in August is the same early-fall push documented in the Hershey report on Halloween season creep, where the season now stretches across a third of the year.
The second is the pitch. Entenmann’s is selling comfort and tradition, not novelty. “We know some of life’s best moments happen during the simple traditions families look forward to each fall,” said Janice Wisniewski, Brand Manager for Entenmann’s, and the brand leans on “flavors they know and love” and quality “trusted for generations.” Its one new item is a new format of an existing flavor, not a new flavor. That is the nostalgia lane, the same one behind Michaels’ 2026 nostalgia collections and the returning Monster Cereals, and it lines up with HAN’s treatonomics reporting that guests want seasonal moments they find memorable. Rielly Whims, Brand Manager for Little Bites, framed the muffins the same way, an easy way “to create memories together,” whether “packed in a lunchbox, shared after school or enjoyed during Halloween festivities.”
Where and when to buy
All of the items are at grocery retailers nationwide. The donuts and pumpkin products run August through November, the Little Bites Pumpkin Muffins August through October, and the Chocolate Chip Halloween Muffins during the Halloween season. Prices are suggested retail: $5.69 for the donut holes and pumpkin muffins, $6.99 for the donuts, and $9.99 for the Halloween muffins.
