Ghost Face Vodka, the Scream-mask spirit from Matthew Lillard’s horror brand Macabre Spirits, is getting a Blood Orange sequel, and both the original and the new flavor are rolling out to Total Wine & More stores nationwide. Lillard is marking the launch in person, signing bottles at a run of Texas Total Wine locations from September 14 to 16.
The original Ghost Face Vodka debuted in February 2026 as a collectible box set and sold out fast. Now it is reaching retail shelves alongside Ghost Face Vodka Blood Orange, a citrus follow-up built around the same gimmick that made the first bottle a hit: a clear glass decanter with the Ghost Face mask staring out from inside.
A Blood Orange Twist on the Scream Bottle
Where the original is a clean, unflavored pour, the Blood Orange edition is a flavored vodka made with real pressed lemons, oranges, grapefruits, and blood orange, then distilled to strip out the residual sugar and color so the spirit stays crystal clear. The redesigned bottle gives the Ghost Face mask an orange glow to match. It is 40% alcohol by volume, or 80 proof, and like the original it is built on a base distilled in Germany from 100% non-GMO potatoes, which makes it naturally gluten-free.
Where to Find It
Both the original and the Blood Orange are heading to Total Wine & More nationwide. The original Ghost Face Vodka is already listed at Total Wine at $24.99 for a 750ml bottle, where it is flagged as a new arrival and a weekly best seller. Total Wine has not yet posted a separate price for the Blood Orange bottle, so the best move is to check your local store or the Total Wine listing as the sequel rolls out through the fall.
Matthew Lillard’s Total Wine Signing Tour
The part fans will actually plan around is the tour. Lillard is making free in-store appearances at Total Wine & More locations across Texas in mid-September, meeting fans and signing bottles of Ghost Face Vodka. The announced Texas dates are:
- Monday, September 14: Total Wine Dallas (Park Lane), 12:00 to 2:00 PM
- Monday, September 14: Total Wine Arlington, 3:00 to 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, September 15: Total Wine Friendswood (Baybrook), 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
- Tuesday, September 15: Total Wine The Woodlands, 3:00 to 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, September 16: Total Wine Cedar Park (Lakeline), 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Wednesday, September 16: Total Wine Austin (Mueller), 3:30 to 5:30 PM
Every appearance is free, and fans leave with a signed bottle. Macabre Spirits says the tour continues nationwide through September and October at select Total Wine stores, so more dates and cities are expected beyond the Texas swing. Lillard is also stepping into theaters the same week for a set of Scream 30th anniversary screenings with live audience Q&As in Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Those in-person Q&A dates are separate from the wider 30th anniversary run that brings the original Scream back to theaters on October 30.
The Killer Collection Box Set Returns
For collectors, a Blood Orange “Killer Collection” box set goes on presale online September 29 at findfamiliarspirits.com. The brand has not revealed the full contents yet, beyond a hand-signed bottle and what it calls a new crop of extras. The original Killer Collection set the template: a signed bottle, custom rocks glasses, and collectible enamel pins, all of which sold out in under two hours.
How Ghost Face Vodka Got Here
Ghost Face Vodka is a personal project for Lillard, who played Stu Macher, one of the two killers behind the Ghost Face mask in Wes Craven’s original 1996 Scream, and who co-founded Macabre Spirits under parent company Find Familiar Spirits. The brand made the vodka in partnership with Fun World, the company behind the actual Ghost Face mask, and bills Lillard as the original Ghost Face. The debut box set arrived with a hand-signed Italian glass bottle, etched rocks glasses, pins, and a QR-code party game before selling through.
In the announcement, Lillard framed the sequel as a chance to reach the fans who missed the first drop.
“We were blown away by the response to the first box, but disappointed so many of our fans weren’t able to get their hands on one. If you weren’t able to score the original, we’re confident the sequel won’t disappoint. Ghost Face always comes back, and the best sequels always have a twist. We’re thrilled to work with Total Wine to bring the original flavor and blood orange to stores all across the country, and to introduce even more fans to a scary-good vodka worthy of the most iconic mask in horror,” said Matthew Lillard, co-founder of Macabre Spirits.
More Horror on the Shelf
Ghost Face has been busy in the beverage aisle. The same mask already fronts a Fanta Ghost Face Punch Halloween soda and an Angry Orchard Ghost Face cider in the 2026 Scream Thriller Pack, part of a wider run of horror-branded drinks that includes Voodoo Ranger’s Michael Myers Slasher IPA. Ghost Face Vodka Blood Orange is the highest-proof entry in that lineup, and the only one bringing the killer himself to the store.
