The original Halloween trilogy is also coming back to Regal. John Carpenter’s Halloween (1978), Halloween II (1981), and Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982) play Regal theaters on three straight nights, September 4, 5, and 6, presented by Halloween: The Game. It is the same lineup and the same dates AMC is running, now at Regal too.

The three nights at Regal

Regal is showing the films in release order. Friday, September 4 opens with Halloween (1978), the John Carpenter original that introduced Michael Myers. Saturday, September 5 continues with Halloween II (1981), which picks up on the same night the first film ends. Sunday, September 6 closes on Halloween III: Season of the Witch (1982), the odd one out with no Michael Myers and a killer-mask plot all to itself.

Regal has the screenings listed at 8 p.m. at participating locations, though showtimes vary by theater.

Tied to Halloween: The Game

Like the AMC run, the Regal screenings are presented by Halloween: The Game, the video game set for release September 8. The theatrical nights are one piece of a larger push around the game this fall, which also includes a newly announced comic series.

How to watch at Regal

The three films play Regal theaters on September 4, 5, and 6. Check Regal for local showtimes and tickets. The same trilogy is also screening at AMC on the same three nights, and for more Michael Myers this season, see our guide to Michael Myers Halloween 2026 merchandise.
