Paris Baguette is rolling out its 2026 fall menu nationwide on August 26. The neighborhood bakery-café is splitting the season between two flavor families, a new Caramel Apple collection and its returning Perfectly Pumpkin lineup, across handcrafted cakes, pastries, and seasonal drinks, plus a few savory items. It is a limited-time menu.

“Every fall season, we look forward to serving our guests a menu of iconic pumpkin treats as well as new fall flavor news. This year, we have thoughtfully reimagined your favorite pumpkin classics and crafted a decadent caramel apple lineup to turn everyday moments into cozy fall rituals,” Cathy Chavenet, chief marketing officer at Paris Baguette North America, said.
The Caramel Apple Collection
The new Caramel Apple lineup is built around cinnamon apples, streusel, and caramel:
- Caramel Apple Streusel Trifle: four layers of vanilla sponge cake with pastry cream and cinnamon apples, topped with streusel and caramel drizzle, also available as a personal-sized Trifle Cup
- Caramel Apple Streusel Donut: the signature King Cream Donut loaded with cinnamon apple filling and drizzled with caramel and streusel
- Caramel Apple Streusel Waffle: a Liège-style Belgian waffle topped with cinnamon apple filling, streusel, and caramel
- Caramel Apple Streusel Tart: cinnamon apples baked in a buttery tart shell with streusel and caramel drizzle
- Caramel Apple Macchiato: espresso and steamed milk swirled with caramel apple, hot or iced
- Caramel Apple Matcha Latte: ceremonial-grade matcha swirled with caramel apple and milk, hot or iced
Perfectly Pumpkin
The pumpkin side returns with a mix of pastries and drinks:
- Pumpkin Streusel Tart: pumpkin spice filling with streusel and an icing drizzle in a tart shell
- Pumpkin Cheese Danish: buttery pastry filled with pumpkin and sweet cream cheese
- Pumpkin Spice Cruffin: a croissant muffin with pumpkin spice filling, pumpkin icing, and pumpkin seeds
- Pumpkin Streusel Latte: espresso and milk with pumpkin spice and cinnamon streusel, hot or iced
- Pumpkin Chai Oatmilk Latte: chai blended with pumpkin spice and steamed oatmilk, hot or iced
- Pumpkin Sweet Cream Cold Brew: cold brew infused with pumpkin spice and topped with sweet cream
Fall Classics and Savory Options
The menu also includes a few returning favorites and savory picks: a Pecan Tart, a Carrot Cake with cream cheese icing, a Turkey, Cranberry and Goat Cheese Pastry Sandwich, and a Harvest Chicken Salad with Goat Cheese.
Deals and Dates
The fall menu is available nationwide starting August 26. PB Rewards members get weekly deals, with one $3 Medium Latte or Macchiato offer and one $3 Medium Matcha or Chai offer every Monday from August 31 through September 20, each valid through the following Sunday. Paris Baguette is also running its Love Baked In program from August 26 through September 30, inviting guests to donate $1 to $3 at checkout or round up when ordering in the app or online.
A Fall Season Split Between Pumpkin and Apple
Paris Baguette lands on both sides of this year’s fall divide. It offers pumpkin like Einstein Bros. and Starbucks, and caramel apple like Philz Coffee, which skipped pumpkin this year. HAN has tracked the rest of the season’s fall rollouts too, from Krispy Kreme to IHOP and Peet’s.
