Starbucks’ holiday menu arrives November 5 with a new Tiramisu Velvet Latte and a Bearista Cake Pop, and the original Bearista Glass Cold Cup, which sold out in less than a day last holiday season, is coming back. Its return date is still to be announced, but the new Holiday Bearista collection of drinkware and a plush keychain arrives with the menu.

What’s on the Starbucks Holiday Menu

  • Tiramisu Velvet Latte (New): inspired by the Italian dessert, hot or iced, and topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and a dusting of cocoa and coffee.
  • Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew (New): cold brew under the same mascarpone cold foam and cocoa and coffee dusting.
  • Apple Pomegranate Refresher (New): crisp apple flavors with popping pomegranate-flavored pearls. The Snowy Apple version is made with coconut milk.
  • Returning drinks: Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte and Gingerbread Chai.
  • Bearista Cake Pop (New): inspired by the Bearista Glass Cold Cup, for a limited time.
  • Hot sandwiches: the new Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich, which has a new recipe.
  • Returning treats: Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.

Is the Chestnut Praline Latte Coming Back?

Starbucks’ October 5 holiday announcement doesn’t list the Chestnut Praline Latte or the Eggnog Latte. Last year’s announcement, on October 6, 2025, said both would return later in the season. The Chestnut Praline flavor is in grocery stores now as a Starbucks Chestnut Praline Latte-inspired dairy creamer.

Is the Bearista Cup Coming Back?

Starbucks says the original Bearista Glass Cold Cup, its bear-shaped glass cup with a green hat, will return this holiday season, with timing to be announced. The cup “went viral and sold out in less than a day” during the 2025 holidays, Starbucks global chief brand officer Tressie Lieberman wrote on July 17. The Pink Bearista Glass Cold Cup this summer “mostly sold out by 7 a.m. across North America on the day it went on sale,” she wrote.

Starbucks’ $39.95 Snoopy Glass Cold Cup from its Peanuts collection also sold out at many U.S. stores on its September 15 launch day, with a two-per-customer limit, in my Snoopy cup story.

Starbucks Holiday Merchandise and Release Dates

Starbucks’ holiday merchandise comes in four collections, in coffeehouses and online at the Starbucks Shop, and its merchandise announcement lists no prices.

  • Holiday Bearista (Nov. 5): drinkware, a collectible plush keychain and accessories with the Bearista, the plush bear Starbucks introduced in its coffeehouses in 1997.
  • Holiday Village (Nov. 5): mugs, ornaments, a snow globe and a ceramic coffeehouse modeled after the original Pike Place store in Seattle, where Starbucks began in 1971.
  • Peppermint Mocha (Nov. 5): a glass holiday tree cold cup, a handled travel tumbler and a ceramic striped espresso cup.
  • Winter Wonderland (Nov. 17): cool-toned drinkware, including a quilted light-blue cold cup, iridescent water bottles and statement tumblers.

When Is Red Cup Day?

Red Cup Day returns later this season, Starbucks says, with a collectible, reusable holiday cup for customers who buy any handcrafted holiday drink at participating stores, while supplies last. Starbucks hasn’t announced the date yet.

Starbucks Holiday Coffees at Home

Starbucks’ holiday coffees and creamers are in grocery stores and online now. Peppermint Mocha flavored coffee comes in Starbucks by Nespresso for Vertuo pods for the first time and returns in K-Cup pods and ground coffee, and Holiday Blend and Hazelnut Cocoa flavored coffee are back. The creamers include Peppermint Mocha, a non-dairy Sugar Cookie Latte creamer and the Chestnut Praline Latte-inspired creamer.

Amazon sells four of them itself: Peppermint Mocha K-Cup pods on Amazon, Peppermint Mocha ground coffee on Amazon, Holiday Blend ground coffee on Amazon and Holiday Blend K-Cup pods on Amazon.
