Freeform’s 31 Nights of Halloween ran every day from October 1 through October 31, 2026, and on November 5 Freeform had not announced dates for 2027. Its home page had already turned to the holidays, under a banner reading “HOLIDAY SEASON LOADING…” The 2026 night-by-night schedule stays on this page as the record, and where each of the kids’ movies streams is in my kids’ Halloween movies guide.
The 2026 month opened with the premiere of new witch drama Coven Academy on October 1, and it had a Tim Burton movie marathon on Friday, October 16, and a Ghostbusters run that included the Freeform premiere of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire on October 8. Hocus Pocus and Hocus Pocus 2 were in near-constant rotation, joined by Beetlejuice, Casper, the Addams Family films, and Disney and Pixar creature features like Monsters, Inc. and Frankenweenie.
