Candy corn pizza is real, and it costs $1.31. The kit, from Tombstone, comes with a frozen pepperoni or five-cheese pizza and three packets of candy corn to put on top, and it goes on sale again at 2 p.m. Eastern on October 9 and October 23.

What Comes in the Candy Corn Pizza Kit

  • The pizza: One frozen Tombstone Pepperoni Pizza or Tombstone 5 Cheese Pizza, each on Tombstone’s Original Thin Crust.
  • The candy corn: Three packets. Tombstone’s page says the kit has “enough for topping your pizza however you wish.”
  • The instructions: Tombstone’s page lists “Preparation instructions for creating your own (ahem) masterpiece.”

“Add a few pieces of candy corn or cover the whole pie. Your call… we’re not here to judge,” Tombstone’s page says. Tombstone, a Nestle brand that calls itself “The Official Pizza of Halloween,” named the kit “The Pizza Nobody Asked For” and says of candy corn on pizza, “it’s weirdly good.”

The candy corn pizza follows a pizza-flavored beer and a French-fry-crust pizza from Tombstone, the marketing trade publication MediaPost reported.

How to Bake the Candy Corn Pizza

The kit’s instructions say to bake the pizza from frozen for 10 minutes at 400 degrees, add the candy corn, and put it back in the oven for another seven minutes, according to Mashed, a food site that reviewed a kit. Mashed’s reviewer wrote that the candy softened in the oven and hardened again as the pizza cooled.
